ESS Laser Protective Lens LPL-3B provide protection against Visible Green and Non-Visible Infrared laser threats
Lasers can cause severe retina damage. ESS LPL-3B lenses are specifically formulated to maximize protection against direct, reflected and scattered Visible Green & Non-Visible Infrared Laser beams and radiation.
The LPL-3B Lens technology is designed to block visible green lasers and non-visible InfraRed lasers from damaging the wearer’s eyes. ESS LPL-3B lenses provide ballistic protection along with 4.0 Optical Density (OD) that blocks 532nm, 800-870nm, and 6.0 Optical Density (OD) at 1064nm wavelengths from these lasers. The lens tint’s 22% VLT allows for optimum protection and operation versatility in both bright and low light conditions.
